Here at Dissim we’re proud of what we make. That’s why we offer a Lifetime Warranty with all lighters that we sell. If, for any reason, your lighter doesn’t work properly, simply send it back. We’ll fix or replace the lighter at our expense - you only have to pay shipping and processing. 

LIGHTER WARRANTY RETURN REQUIREMENTS & INSTRUCTIONS
In order to receive a replacement lighter, you must follow these steps:
-Physically ship your improperly working lighter to Dissim’s mailing address. 
-Include your name and email address within the sent package.
-Once your package is received by Dissim, you will receive an email where you will fill out your shipping address and pay for shipping and processing.
-You will then receive your replacement lighter(s) within the specified shipping dates.
