My torch worked for less than one week. The day after my second refill the torch started hissing and the butane began to look like it was crystallizing. Due to this and the fact it had butane in in when I received, makes me think this was a product that had been previously returned. Now I have to pay shipping to send back a clearly defective item?

Just got my inverted dual torch, It arrived with scratches, peeling paint, and a worn-down rubber body. Also, it doesn't work properly—spills fire when turned up and barely stays lit when dialed down. It’s not up to the promised quality. Is this why it was discounted? cause I would definitely rather pay full price and get a new functional one. Oh also got the inverted lighter. it's perfect. but the torch such a bummer...
