      Here at Dissim we’re proud of what we make. That’s why we offer a Lifetime Warranty with all lighters that we sell. If, for any reason, you’re lighter doesn’t work properly, simply send it back. We’ll fix or replace the lighter at our expense - you only have to pay shipping and processing. 

      If you would like any additional information about our products before making a purchase, please reach out via email to contact@dissim.com. If you change your mind and decide that you want your money back after purchasing one of our product(s), you may return your product(s) for a refund. Please note that the product must be in original, unopened packaging, as we cannot accept any product(s) that have been used.

      In order to receive a replacement lighter, you must follow these steps:
      -Physically ship your improperly working lighter to Dissim’s mailing address
      -Include your name and email address within the sent package.
      -Once your package is received by Dissim, you will receive an email where you will fill out your shipping address and pay for shipping and processing.
      -You will then receive your replacement lighter(s) within the specified shipping dates.

      Any purchases containing damaged items or that are missing must be reported to Dissim within 72 hours of delivery. Please contact us and we'll take care of the issue immediately. 

      Our foreign return/exchange policy is implemented on a case-by-case basis. Because of the rise of shipping costs, customs fees, and taxes, we do our best to accommodate such requests within our discretion, though always with customer satisfaction in mind.

      If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us ASAP and we will try our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you must follow the normal return procedure described above.
